Thuraya's service providers in Mauritania are the Mauritanian-Tunisian Telecommunications Company -Mattel and GSM Telecom.
Mattel will distribute and market Thuraya's mobile satellite services and products throughout Mauritania. This includes user terminals and SIM cards as well as oversee billing and customer care aspects.
Mattel is a leading GSM operator in Mauritania, and a joint venture owned by Tunisie Telecom and Mauritanian private companies.
GSM Telecom is also Thuraya's service provider in Mauritania. GSM Telecom distributes and market Thuraya's mobile satellite services and products throughout the country. This includes user terminals and SIM cards as well as overseeing billing and customer care aspects.
