ALKAN Telecom, a private telecommunications operator, is a Thuraya service provider in Egypt. It distributes and markets Thuraya's mobile satellite services including handsets and SIM cards.

Alkan Telecom has a distribution chain comprising of 350 distribution agents covering five major regions in Egypt.
