The Hughes 7100 was Thuraya's second satphone handheld after the Ascom . Similarly to the Hughes 7101 the phone is dual mode (GSM and SAT) and has an integrated GPS module. The phone has been discontinued. Currently Thuraya only sells its latest generation satellite phones (SG-2520 and SO-2510).
